I have compared the results of triangular panel methods with CFD. It was observed that both uniform density triangular panel method and linear density triangular panel method are overpredicting lift. What is the reason behind it?

I can’t say because I don’t use CFD.
There is a page in the documentation on the matter of higher lift predictions in the case of thick surface analyses.
