When I’m trying to run the aircraft with wings modelled as thick surface, then flow5 is crashing and shutting down. Can anyone help me try to resolve this issue?

Hello,
I can’t really say without having a look at the project file.
That being said, I strongly recommend to use uniform triangles which are far more robust numerically, offer the same precision, and have the benefit of smaller matrix size and reduced computation times.
