Difficult to say what the problem is without seeing the model. The things to do
– run the analysis in inviscid mode, generate the operating point and check that the gamma colour map is smooth; local colour peaks may indicate where the problem is
– check that the fuselage is well connected to the wings, using the “connect” and “check free edges” menu items.
– instead of interpolating using the strip’s apparent aoa, select interpolate “from Cl – xflr5 method” in the analysis definition form
