Hello,
I downloaded the Flow5 software with a 1-month trial license. I ran the software successfully for a few days and I was pleased with the results.
Today, when I launch the software, it pops up, closes a terminal window, and ends up with a black screen in the background.
I deleted the software and its trails from my C:\Users\[userid]\AppData\Roaming. I relaunched it, filling in the license information and the situation is the same.
Is there a configuration file somewhere else that corrupts the process? As is, I am no longer able to validate the software towards an intended license purchase.
Please help.

Glad to know that it’s fixed. Potential causes and fixes:
- OpenGL issue: see OpenGL settings and launch flow5 once from the command line using
flow5 -o 46
- the flow5 window goes off screen if a configuration with a dual monitor is changed: delete the .ini (windows) or .conf (Linux, mac) file
- autoloading a corrupt project file : delete the .ini (windfws) or .conf (Linux, mac) file

I resolved the issue by deleting the C:\Users\[userid]\AppData\Roaming\flow5.ini file. Independently, this issue needs to be looked into…
