Im getting a CTD in flow5 (7.22) when loading or importing xflr (6.54) data (in Win7 x64). Any ideas how to solve this?

There is a bug in flow5 with foil operating points.
It will be corrected in the next version. Until then the workaround is to delete the operating points in the .xfl project file before importing it into flow5.
