Hello, can flow5 handle non-symmetric wing designs? I would like to model a wing design where the left and right sides of the wings can be tilted.

No, flow5 can only handle different left and right airfoils – like xflr5.
I understand that the request is to have full independent tilted left and right wings, but unfortunately there is no option for that.
