As far as I am aware there is no option to write in mlx file to select closed inner edge in airfoils. Because of this vertical stabilizer remains open at the root. Is there any way to remedy it automatically? So taht it works in scripting mode.

It’s an omission which will be fixed in the next version. Thanks for reporting it. The fix in the meantime is to use thin surfaces.
